We loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station and a short walk to the mall and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, we enjoyed the dining table where we sat down to eat, the free toiletries, and the electric kettle.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel has an excellent location, being situated right next to a subway entrance, close to Samsung and Samseong subway stations, and near to the malls. The breakfast provided is satisfying and includes a full buffet. In terms of cleanliness, the staff is doing an extraordinary job with daily opening and ventilation of the rooms. Moreover, the hotel facilities are great for business purposes, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The design and comfort of the room were impressive, with all necessary amenities provided. the location was excellent, with easy access to the COEX center and a subway station nearby. the staff at the reception were polite, quick, attentive, and helpful.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and the service wasn't great. Some minor issues with the room, such as a low sink height and frayed towels.

Great location for COEX visitors, close to subway and bus stations. Room is clean and lovely, minimalistic yet elegant decor. Helpful and friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with both Korean and Western options. Highly recommended for value and quality.

This hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The COEX centre is just steps away, providing lots of shopping and dining options for travelers. the housekeeping staff does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
Guests have reported incidents where staff members were not helpful in providing basic amenities such as first-aid or ironing boards.
